Request for Recommendation : Book on Budgeting?

I’ve just finished One Minute Millionaire that’s given me a lot of great inspiration and some excellent ideas, but I’m wanting a good book for my wife to read about personal budgets. I’m looking for something that will explain how to create one and how to use one. If anyone’s got one and they’re wanting to trade either Rich Dad, Poor Dad or Cashflow Quadrant or One Minute Millionaire please leave a comment and we can arrange the swap.

    I’d highly recommend David Bach’s Smart Couple’s Finish Rich. While it is a bit of a motivation book, it does go into fairly decent detail about overall personal finance, not just budeting.
